digital print on nolar, open edition, 2014
This Nolar wallcovering is based on my 1994 painting "Eye of the Beholder." In 2012 the original image was printed on cloth to make napkins for an absurd dining experiment @ Flux Factory. The remaining 20 printed napkins were painted, stretched on individual frames and made into a framed polyptych. The remaining image was reworked, digitized and made into wallpaper in 2014. It is called "Frank's Angels" because my friend Frank thought “she looks like an angel." What do you think?
